Warranty

On most of the items we sell, you can return the item to us for *exchange only* within 14 days of receipt, as long as we receive the item(s) in the same condition as we sent it to you. 

You will be responsible to cover the shipping cost back to our location, as well as the shipping cost for the replacement. If you have damaged the item(s), please contact us and let us know.

However, if your return is due to an error from my end, or a quality problem, then we would pay shipping costs back to our office.

If any item was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately, as that is a different issue and involves us reaching out and making claim with the shipping company.

*exchange only*: You can exchange for an item of the same price or higher, but we cannot refund any difference.

Damage from shipping

We wrap and protect your gong(s) and accessories in custom-made strong cardboard boxes and with extreme care. If you receive your order damaged in any shape or form, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the damage.
